    Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the CEU.com website. By using, visiting, or browsing the CEU.com website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not use the CEU.com website.

    Changes to Terms of Use
CE University, Inc. (CEU) reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms of Use in our sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms of Use will supersede all previous versions. Your use of the CEU.com website after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.

    Limit on Credit Reporting
Subscribers have unlimited use of all CEU courses throughout their subscription period. However, CEU will report up to 30 credits to the Insurance Department of your state or through the state approved method of reporting such credits, or you can choose to apply your credits to another account (such as CFP or CPCU). CEU is not responsible and assumes no liability for credit reporting problems that occur after credits have been reported to the state or to the individual license holder as several states require. CEU will assist in any reasonable manner it can to rectify any credit reporting discrepancies.

    Time Limit of Courses

Subscribers have up to 12 months from the date of registration to complete a course.  Continued access to courses will be allowed after subscription is renewed. Courses will be removed from subscribers account at the time the Unlimited Course Access program is non-renewed.

    Privacy
Any information submitted on the CEU.com website is subject to our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein. Please review our “Privacy Policy” hyperlink located at the bottom of the pages of the CEU.com website to understand our practices.

    Billing

As a subscriber to CEU, you agree that we are permitted to charge your credit card an annual subscription fee, any applicable sales tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of CEU. The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each annual renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel. We will automatically charge your credit card each year on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership. All fees and charges are nonrefundable. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email.

    Automatic Renewals

Your CEU subscription will be automatically renewed on an annual basis. For your convenience, we will charge the annual subscription fee to the credit card you provide to us during registration. Your membership will automatically renew for successive annual subscriptions unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. CEU will provide 2 email notifications, 60 and 30 days prior to your renewal date, to inform you that your subscription is up for renewal and will be automatically renewed for another year. You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees to your credit card.

To cancel, click the "Maintenance" hyperlink in your CEU account and then click “Cancel My CEU.com Subscription” to begin the cancellation process. Once you cancel your Unlimited Course Access subscription with CEU.com, all of your courses will be removed from your account immediately. Per this agreement, we will allow you access to the courses until your subscription expires; which is on the one-year anniversary date from when you originally registered for the program. However, you will need to call CEU.com at 1-800-295-9010 to have any courses, which you have not yet completed, added to your account. The course will remain in your account until your subscription expires. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial year subscription periods.
